Kettlebells

Many celebrities such as Madonna, Jessica Alba and Jennifer Lopez have all jumped aboard for this new weightlifting craze, where you lift, press and swing a Russian army-designed weight named a kettlebell. A 15-minute session is said to be all you need to start seeing noticeable results - and improve general strength and weight loss! All good gyms have kettlebell access or you can buy your own and train at home.
