warm up sets to be performed prior to starting this routine and are not included in sets outlined

EXERCISE

standing dumbell curl----4 sets----10,12,12,20
** dumbell curl 21's----4 sets----21
concentration curl----4 sets----12,12,15,20

**for each set do seven reps using just the bottom half of the range of motion, followed by seven reps usin just the top half of the range of motion, followed by seven reps using full range of mation.

rest 60 -90 seconds between sets
