warm up sets to be performed prior to starting this routine and are not included in sets outlined


[center]EXERCISE

Dumbell bench press----4 sets----8,10,12,20
incline dumbell flye----4 sets----10,12,12,20
decline pushups----4 sets----to failure

rest 60 -90 seconds between sets
