warm up sets to be performed prior to starting this routine and are not included in sets outlined

[center]EXERCISE

1 arm dumbell row----4 sets----8,10,12,20
straight arm kickback----4sets----10,12,12,20
dumbell pullover----4 sets----8,8,12,20

rest 60 - 90 seconds between sets
