warm up sets to be performed prior to starting this routine and are not included in sets outlined

EXERCISE

close grip push up----4 sets----8,10,12,20
lying tricep dumbell extensions----4 sets----10,12,12,20
dumbell kickback----4 sets----12,12,15,20

rest 60 - 90 seconds between sets
