sure you would like to go to the gym 4-6 days a week for an hour or so, but real life doesnt work out as we plan. when short on time head to the gym and bash out this 40 minute body slam workout to keep you up to speed til you can find more time to do your regular training.


EXERCISE

incline barbell press----2 sets----8,12
bent over rows----2 sets----8,12
barbell squat----2 sets----8,12
overhead dumbell press----2 sets----8,12
barbell shrug----1 set----12
close grip barbell curl----1 set----12
lying triceps extension----1 set----12
donkey calf raise----1 set----25
double crunch----to failure

The above workout does not include warm up sets. rest 30 seconds between sets.
