No two people are the same so magazine sourced workouts are not typically a good way to design your own personal workout . These workouts are designed or used by people who have freaky genetics, extraordinary recovery and people using performance enhancing drugs. Every body is different and you need to train for what works for you at your current level. Getting a per...sonalised plan is what you should be looking to obtain. Cool
