EXERCISE

neutral grip dumbell press----4 sets----10,10,12,12
arnold press----4 sets----8,8,10,10
barbell front raise----3 sets----10,12,15
reverse pec deck flye----3 sets----10,12,15

rest 60-90 seconds bewteen sets
