smith machine behind the neck presses----4 sets----6,10,12,15
dumbell lateral raise----3 sets----10,10,10
smith machine wide grip upright row----3 sets----8,10,12
bent over cable lateral raise----3 sets----8,10,12
barbell shrug----3 sets----8,10,12


rest 60-90 seconds between sets
