warm up sets to be performed before starting this routine and are not included in sets.

[center]EXERCISE

Machine overhead press----4 sets----10,10,12,12
Cable lateral raises----3 sets----10,10,10
Barbell front raise----3 sets----10,10,10
Reverse pec deck flyes----3 sets----10,10,10

when performing cable lateral raises i find starting from behind the back engages the side delt far more effectively.

rest periods 60 -90 seconds between all sets
