warm up sets to be performed before undertaking this routine. warm up sets have not been included in this workout.

[center]EXERCISE

Smith machine squat----4 sets----10,10,12,12
Horizontal leg press----3 sets----10,10,10
Lunge----3 sets----10,10,10
Leg extension----3 sets----10,10,10

rest 60 - 90 seconds between all sets
