here is a great beginners routine for back development

* before undertaking this routine be sure to do 1 or 2 warm up sets using a light weight. warm -up sets are not included in sets outlined. rest period is 60-90 seconds between all sets.


EXERCISE

Lat pulldown----4 sets----10,10,12,12
Machine row----3 sets----10,10,10
1 arm dumbell row----3 sets----10,10,10
standing low-cable row----3 sets----12,12,12
