2/3 c. Almond or skim milk
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla or Orange Protein Powder
1 heaping tablespoon pumpkin (100%- not pie filling!)
1 egg
Whisk ingredients.
Dip both sides of sprouted wheat or other high protein, whole grain bread of
choice.
Using non-stick spray or a lightly oiled griddle, fry both sides of the French
toast.
Makes 6.
