Human growth is regulated by growth hormone. It peaks on the onset of puberty in young teens and a growth spurt is experienced by the teenagers at the end of puberty. Growth hormone is a protein produced by a gland located in brain called pituitary gland.

Although, the growth hormone level goes on declining with increase in age but still the secretion of these hormones can be increased by height training exercises and thus HGH can be increased naturally.

Below is a list of four ways to increase growth hormone:

1) Growth Hormone Pills or Injections - These are usually used by athletes and body builders to recover quickly from injuries and to gain mass quickly. These are quite expensive, with injections costing over $10,000.They have serious side effects and the body can even stop producing growth hormone which could stunt your growth. These should be avoided because of health reason as well as monetary reason.

2) Deep Sleep - As the body’s rate of healing, growth and development of brain all takes place while we are sleeping so it’s vital to have a quality sleep. For many people a good sleep means to sleep for long hours but that’s not the case.Deep sleep is the final phase of the sleep cycle. It commences one hour after we fall asleep. Generally, people don’t get adequate amount of sleep although they think that they have slept well.In order to determine the amount of deep sleep you are getting, you can visit a sleep clinic. They can exactly determine the amount of deep sleep you are getting and might be able to figure out the reasons why aren’t you obtaining more.

3) Exercise – One of the best ways to increase the levels of human growth hormone in the body is by putting the body through rigorous workout. Short intense workout routines can cause the body to spurt HGH and this can be accomplished by following routines such as high intensity sprints, stair climbing and weight lifting.

4) Diet – There is no doubt that diet plays an important role in increasing HGH production. Amino acids are important as these are not naturally produced by the body and are necessary for HGH.

Always, keep a check on your carbohydrate and sugar intake as they can inhibit HGH production, so taking a balance diet is very important for body growth.

All these factors highly influence your HGH, so consider the above stated factors and see whether there is scope of improvement.
