EXERCISE

deadlift----5 sets----6,6,8,10,12
bent over barbell row----5 sets----8,8,10,10,12
seated cable row----4 sets----8,8,10,12
lat pulldown----3 sets----8,10,12

rest 60 -90 seconds between sets
