My aim is to provide you with tried and true routines and tips that i have personally tried. As you are aware no two people will respond to the same type of workout, therefore i also look to others to try out certain eating and training plans for me as to pass on routines that work for everyone. I dont tolerate people who claim to have the magic routine or product as there is no such thing. Hard work, good eating habits and perserverance are what works. Most supplements and diet plans are full of false promises and the companies that put them out know this and continue to rob you of your hard earned cash. The majority of athletes etc.. who advertise the products or supplements dont even use them as they know that the best thing you can do to achieve optimal results is to use good whole food and train hard and smart for your body type. I will put routines and eating plans and reccomendations of only those i know are not fraudulent.

if you are experiencing dizzness or vomiting when you train i suggest you see a doctor to make sure that everything is right medically first.. dizziness when training should not be occurring and could be an indication something is wrong i.e. blood pressure. vomiting also is not a common occurence ( unless of course you are training with extreme intensity where it can occur).
