warm up sets are to be performed before undertaking this routine and are not included in the sets provided.


EXERCISE

close grip smith machine bench press----4 sets----4,4,6,8
seated overhead cable extension----4 sets----4,4,6,8
straight bar pressdown----4 sets----4,4,6,8

rest 2-3 minutes between sets
