EXERCISE

smith machine upright row----5 sets----10,12,12,15,20
cable front raise----4 sets----12,12,15,15
cable lateral raise----4 sets----15,15,20,20
dumbell shrug----4 sets----10,12,15,20

rest no more than 30 seconds bewteen sets
