A giant set consists of four or more exercises performed consecutively without rest as a means to increase intensity and promote muscle growth. do one set of each exercise back-to-back - thats one giant set. rest three minutes between each giant set


EXERCISE

lying triceps dumbell extension----4 sets----10,10,10,10
seated dumbell overhead extensions----4 sets----10,10,10,10
two arm dumbell kickback----4 sets----10,10,10,10
close grip pushups----4 sets----to failure
