45-degree lying triceps ez bar extension----4 sets----10,10,12,12
seated overhead dumbell extension----4 sets----8,8,10,10
weighted bench dip----4 sets----10,12,15,15
straight bar pressdown----3 sets----10,10,12

60-90 seconds between sets
