warm up sets to be performed prior to starting this routine and are not included in the sets oultlined


EXERCISE

wide grip lat pulldowns----4 sets----6,10,12,15
wide grip bent over barbell rows----3 sets----10,10,10
wide grip seated cable row----3 sets----8,10,12
wide grip pullups----3 sets----to failure

rest 60-90 seconds between sets
