EXERCISE

overhead barbell press----5 sets----6,6,8,10,12
upright row----5 sets----8,8,10,10,12
dumbell lateral raise----4 sets----8,8,10,12
bent over lateral raises----3 sets----8,10,12


rest 60-90 seconds between sets
