EXERCISE

incline bench press----5 sets----6,6,8,10,12
dumbell bench press----5 sets----8,8,10,10,12
dumbell decline flye----4 sets----8,8,10,12
weighted dip----3 sets----8,10,12

rest 60 -90 seconds between sets
