Most gyms have machines that they say are beneficial to meet your fitness requirements, what they dont tell you is that those machines actually make you lazy as they do most of the work for you therefore prolonging your stay at their facility to profit from you.
Free weight or bodyweight activities coupled with outdoor cardio exercises are far superior and have faster results than those pesky machines. Dont hesitate to do the hard work. you will thank yourself when you look in the mirror. Cool
