Be sure not to fall into the supplement trap when embarking on any fitness routine (muscle gain or weight control),Sourcing your nutrients from whole foods is far more superior a majority of supplements are generally made up of part of the ingredient listed on the lable and a load of bulking agents like sugars and flours. There is no s...ubstitute for real food. There is no such thing as a magic pill or powder to fix your body problems.
